This role leads a team of inside sales representatives tasked with new enrollments of practices in their respective practice specialties.
Essential Responsibilities Manage s calendar.
Strong analytical and Process improvement skills 2 years experience leading process improvement initiatives 3-5 years experience in sales or operations functions Demonstrated ability to use basic business tools (excel and project tracking ) needed to develop and report progress of business monitoring findings
Previous Inside or Outside Sales / Client Development experience, ideally Business to Business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to influence and motivate at all levels of the organization Excellent organizational, planning, synthesis, analytical and problem solving skills. Self-starter with proven track record of being able to drive change in a business unit or function. Results oriented, high energy, detail oriented, and adaptable with a strong sense of urgency. Understanding and working knowledge of the quality (Six Sigma) approach and toolset. Broad knowledge of the transactional financial services industry. Experience with Private Label Credit Card service providers and retail sales finance marketplace. Quality Black Belt/Master Black Belt
